The HKI Association started organising the so-called HKI Forums a few years ago. These are continuing education events that can usually also be credited to the qualification programmes of the VdF and the FCSI.
The topics come from the association's broad pool of expertise and vary. Recurring forums are offered under the titles "Guidelines, laws and regulations" and "Digitalisation in the commercial kitchen". Speakers are usually a wide variety of external experts who illuminate the topics from different angles.
In addition to specialist planners, specialist dealers, users, industry representatives and other interested parties are also addressed.
Members of the GGKA, FCSI, VdF, VGG and HKI associations receive a discount on the participation fee.
